The 1.25” billet aluminum riser designed to secure a 1.25" handlebar to your Harley Davidson FLTR (1998-2011). This item is necessary when upgrading from stock 1" bars to 1.25" bars. It fits under stock covers found on listed models. Because of that requirement, no additional rise or pullback is incorporated into the riser, keeping your bars in the stock mounting location.
