For best results, 3M acrylic tape should be applied between 60° and 85°.
1- Prepare headlight surface with rubbing alcohol (90% or higher for best results). Wipe alcohol over entire light surface until clean. Use dry paper towel to buff surface following alcohol prep.
2 - Carefully remove red tape backing from headlight trim.
3 - Place headlight trim on headlight, before applying any pressure, be certain it is properly positioned.
4 - Apply direct pressure to headlight trim outer ring for 30 seconds.
5 - Tape develops maximum adhesion after 24 hours.
